Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to propose a method for selecting the position and attitude trajectory of error measurement to improve the kinematic calibration efficiency of a one translational and two rotational (1T2R) parallel power head and to improve the error compensation effect by improving the properties of the error identification matrix.
Design/methodology/approach
First, a general mapping model between the endpoint synthesis error is established and each geometric error source. Second, a model for optimizing the position and attitude trajectory of error measurement based on sensitivity analysis results is proposed, providing a basis for optimizing the error measurement trajectory of the mechanism in the working space. Finally, distance error measurement information and principal component analysis (PCA) ideas are used to construct an error identification matrix. The robustness and compensation effect of the identification algorithm were verified by simulation and through experiments.
Findings
Through sensitivity analysis, it is found that the distribution of the sensitivity coefficient of each error source in the plane of the workspace can approximately represent its distribution in the workspace, and when the end of the mechanism moves in a circle with a large nutation angle, the comprehensive influence coefficient of each sensitivity is the largest. Residual analysis shows that the robustness of the identification algorithm with the idea of PCA is improved. Through experiments, it is found that the compensation effect is improved.
Originality/value
A model for optimizing the position and attitude trajectory of error measurement is proposed, which can effectively improve the error measurement efficiency of the 1T2R parallel mechanism. In addition, the PCA idea is introduced. A least-squares PCA error identification algorithm that improves the robustness of the identification algorithm by improving the property of the identification matrix is proposed, and the compensation effect is improved. This method has been verified by experiments on 1T2R parallel mechanism and can be extended to other similar parallel mechanisms.

Abstract
Purpose
This study aims to explore the transmission mechanism of individual idea generation on team idea implementation and elucidate the relationships among team knowledge territoriality, team information exchange and team trust, which can better improve team knowledge sharing, decrease individual knowledge hiding or territoriality and assist the team in solving the predicament of idea implementation.
Design/methodology/approach
The data were collected by the paired method from 56 Chinese companies’ R&D teams, which comprised 356 valid samples. Besides, structure equitation modeling and hierarchical linear modeling were used to test the hypotheses.
Findings
Team knowledge territoriality had a significant positive impact on individual idea generation, team information exchange and team idea implementation. Team information exchange mediated the relationship between team knowledge territoriality and team idea implementation. Moreover, team information exchange positively moderated the relationship between team knowledge territoriality and individual idea generation. Furthermore, the relationship between individual idea generation and team idea implementation was mediated by team trust.
Originality/value
This study augments the theoretical research of territoriality and innovation process. From the viewpoint of knowledge territoriality to describe the coexistence of knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding in the organization, this study reveals the influence mechanism of team knowledge territoriality on team innovation process. Overall, this study provides empirical support that team territoriality can weaken the adverse impact of individual territoriality on innovation to a certain extent.

Abstract
Purpose
To identify the dexterity of spacesuit gloves, they need to undergo bending tests in the development process. The ideal way is to place a humanoid robotic hand into the spacesuit glove, mimicking the motions of a human hand and measuring the bending angle/force of the spacesuit glove. However, traditional robotic hands are too large to enter the narrow inner space of the spacesuit glove and perform measurements. This paper aims to design a humanoid robot hand that can wear spacesuit gloves and perform measurements.
Design/methodology/approach
The proposed humanoid robotic hand is composed of five modular fingers and a parallel wrist driven by electrical linear motors. The fingers and wrist can be delivered into the spacesuit glove separately and then assembled inside. A mathematical model of the robotic hand is formulated by using the geometric constraints and principle of virtual work to analyze the kinematics and statics of the robotic hand. This model allows for estimating the bending angle and output force/torque of the robotic hand through the displacement and force of the linear motors.
Findings
A prototype of the robotic hand, as well as its testing benches, was constructed to validate the presented methods. The experimental results show that the whole robotic hand can be transported to and assembled in a spacesuit glove to measure the motion characteristics of the glove.
Originality/value
The proposed humanoid robotic hand provides a new method for wearing and measuring the spacesuit glove. It can also be used to other gloves for special protective suits that have highly restricted internal space.

Abstract
Purpose
Despite workplace cheating behavior is common and costly, little research has explored its antecedents from customers' perspective. The current study aims to investigate the indirect mechanisms between customer mistreatment and cheating behavior, and exam the moderated role of traditionality.
Design/methodology/approach
Drawing on conservation of resources theory, the authors examine how customer mistreatment affects workplace cheating behavior. They test their hypotheses using a time-lagged field study of 183 employees.
Findings
The results show that customer mistreatment is positively related to interpersonal conflict with customers, which positively affects workplace cheating behavior. Traditionality moderates the indirect effect of customer mistreatment on workplace cheating behavior.
Originality/value
This study calls for researchers' attention to exploring the antecedents of workplace cheating behavior from customers' perspective, and first provides empirical evidence on the relationship between customer mistreatment and workplace cheating behavior, which has never been examined.

Abstract
Purpose
This study aims to describe and analyze an innovative mechanism of teacher-led, system-wide professional learning that has been widely adopted since the beginning of the twenty-first century in China – the Master Teacher Studio (MTS).
Design/methodology/approach
This paper drew from policy documents, published Chinese literature relating to MTSs and personal fieldwork experience in Shanghai, Guangdong and Zhejiang province.
Findings
The article first outlines the context framing the system change, including its policy background and evolution, and then the MTS's purpose, formative process and structure. It finally examines major teacher learning activities and the leadership roles of the MTS hosts (leaders).
Research limitations/implications
This study contributed to the knowledge base of system teacher leaders and how they lead cross-school leading.
Practical implications
The MTS initiative described in this article shows the power of central system leadership to spread and embed effective teacher learning practices at schools.
Originality/value
This article provides implications for understanding and practicing teacher system leadership to support teacher professional learning in different societies.

Abstract
Purpose
Through this study, the aim is to provide reference for the improvement of CEO related theories, the reform of internal governance mechanisms and compensation systems in enterprises, and ultimately contribute to economic and social development and the achievement of dual carbon goals.
Design/methodology/approach
In the context of accelerating the implementation of the “dual carbon” goal and promoting sustainable economic and social development, this paper builds a panel data model based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019 to empirically test the impact of CEO stability on green innovation and total factor productivity of enterprises.
Findings
The results show that CEO stability has a positive role in promoting enterprise total factor productivity and green innovation and enterprise green innovation also has a positive role in promoting total factor productivity; Heterogeneity testing found that CEO stability has no significant impact on green innovation in state-owned enterprises. Corporate green innovation has a partial mesomeric effect between CEO stability and total factor productivity; The proportion of independent directors has a negative moderating effect on CEO stability and corporate green innovation, while equity incentive has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between CEO stability, corporate total factor productivity and green innovation.
Originality/value
First, it develops the research on CEO stability and its economic consequences. Second, it expands the impact of CEO stability on heterogeneous enterprises. Third, provides new ideas for the reform of internal governance mechanism and salary system of enterprises.
